Nordic Walking is an enhanced walking experience that uses poles to work your upper body as well as your legs. The poles share weight between the upper and lower body, resulting in it being much easier to walk on all gradients.
Nordic Walking puts less strain on joints than other activities and can be very effective for people with mobility issues or those recovering from illness or injury.
The sessions take place across a number of rural and town routes with our qualified instructor; so you can get moving and enjoy the beautiful scenery!
